Family Commitments

Fundraising 

Fundraising is a vital component of independent schools. Financial support for Academy Schools comes from tuition, our annual auction, and the annual fund. Families are expected to contribute to both the auction and annual fund to the best of their ability. 

Mandatory Volunteer Service Commitment

The Academy Schools require an annual 15 hours per family of volunteer service. Your expertise, time, and resources are investments in our students. Only through the active volunteer support and financial commitment of our families can the school sustain its educational excellence. Unserved service hours will be billed for the remaining hours at $40.00 per hour. An opt-out for your service is offered for a $1,000 fee.

By attending school events, you are helping us to create a vital sense of community that benefits both students and families.

Financial Aid

If it is a stretch for your family to pay full tuition, Academy Schools has financial aid available for the 2025-26 school year. All awards are determined based on financial need, and are processed through the FACTS admission portal.
